Job Responsibilities:
2nd or 3rd level support for virtualized environments
WTS (Windows Terminal Service), VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure), SDC (SAP Demo Cloud), MCD (Managed Cloud Delivery)
Handling of CTW-Experts (3rd level support) tickets
Ticket handling with e.g. Microsoft, Citrix
Debugging
Setup and maintenance of Citrix infrastructure
Continuous service and stability improvements
Hardware support for CV infrastructure (on-site in Singapore) in collaboration with the local Data Center team.
Accountability for monitoring and patching of infrastructure
Automation of tasks using e.g. PowerShell
Rotating on-call during the week and on-call over the weekend and public holidays.
Participation in technical team sync calls
MCD
Architectural changes on Citrix XenApp / Endoscope MCD landscape
SDC
Architectural changes on Citrix XenApp / Endoscope SDC landscape
Packaging and deployment of software within SDC
Participation in internal customer meetings
