Position Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our team of Hair & Scalp Wellness Consultants.
This role is ideal for a strong leader who is passionate about beauty and wellness, thrives in sales management, and enjoys developing people.
You will be responsible for outlet performance, team coaching, and driving revenue growth while ensuring excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage sales teams across outlets to achieve monthly KPIs and revenue targets.
- Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews to motivate and upskill consultants.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to boost customer acquisition and retention.
- Oversee outlet operations, ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales reports, track performance metrics, and prepare management updates.
- Support marketing initiatives and cross-promotions to drive brand growth.
- Maintain compliance with company SOPs, grooming standards, and professional image.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or retail industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Passion for natural, organic, and wellness-based solutions is a plus.
