Roles & Responsibilities
Working Location : Buona Vista
Working Hours : Mondays to Fridays only, 8.30am to 5.30pm
Job Summary: The Hard Services Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of all building systems within a facility.
This includes HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other mechanical systems.
The role involves managing a team of technicians, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring that all maintenance activities are performed in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Additionally, the Hard Services Manager will act as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing their concerns and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Lead engineering management at a senior level, driving performance and service improvements.
- Set and control annual budgets for all site Hard Services expenditures.
- Ensure successful delivery against contractual targets, PPM schedules, and KPIs.
- Improve performance against contractual SLAs.
- Oversee service provision on sites with strong permit to work systems.
- Manage and enhance supply chain engineering service contracts.
- Implement best practices and continuously review and improve services.
- Ensure service promises are delivered to agreed standards and provide value for money.
- Build effective working relationships with staff and external clients.
- Manage, motivate, and develop team performance.
- Review and update all hard services related SOP on a quarterly basis.

- Effective people management skills, including performance management, teamwork, motivation, delegation, and discipline.
- High level of self-motivation, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
