Responsibilities:
- Technical expert in at least 2 R&D discipline (Optic, Electronic, Motion, SEM)
- Support R&D module owner in Off & On Tool Module Integration, Calibration and Qualification
- Qualify Module performance to spec (on & off tool)
- Support R&D development (C&F) activities
- Lead qualifications of complex, non-system components (isolated from application) and provide risk assessment
- Define & execute Qualification plans; Define, execute and qualify calibration procedures (off and on tool).
- Tool owner - Expert in tool Build and complex Integration.
- Production documentation: define and qualify full build book and full sub system ATP tests.
- High debug ability and 3rd level of escalation to modules that are within area of expertise
Qualifications:
- 10 years of relevant experiences in semiconductor industry
- Strong understanding of semiconductor equipment and industry standards including thin film, etch or lithography
- Comfortable working across time zones, collaborating with remote teams, and supporting factory-side execution
- Discipline tracking and driving deliverables to completion
- Flexibility to travel back and forth between South East Asia and the USA (up to 30% of the time)
