Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced HCM & SuccessFactors Solution Architect with over 20 years of expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise HR solutions.
The ideal candidate will bring deep functional and technical knowledge across SAP HCM (on-premise) and SAP SuccessFactors (cloud) , with proven leadership in delivering complex global transformations, ensuring alignment between business objectives and HR technology strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of end-to-end HCM and SuccessFactors solutions across multiple modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Learning, Performance & Goals, Payroll, etc.).
- Partner with business leaders, HR stakeholders, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable HR technology solutions .
- Define solution roadmaps, integration strategies, and governance frameworks for hybrid (SAP HCM + SuccessFactors) environments.
- Oversee solution blueprinting, data migration, integration (SAP CPI/BTP), and security design for large-scale HR transformations.
- Provide strategic thought leadership on HR process modernization, digital HR, and adoption of best practices.
- Mentor and guide consulting/development teams, ensuring adherence to quality, security, and compliance standards.
- Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors roadmap and emerging HR tech trends , advising stakeholders on continuous innovation opportunities.
Required Skills & Experience
- 20+ years of experience in SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors solution design and delivery.
- Strong expertise across core modules: Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, Payroll, and Workforce Analytics .
- Proven track record in leading global HCM transformation programs , including strategy, design, and execution.
- Hands-on experience with integration technologies (SAP CPI, SAP BTP, API-based integrations, middleware tools).
- Strong knowledge of data migration, reporting/analytics, and security models in HCM/SuccessFactors.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at C-suite level .
- Strong consulting background, preferably with experience in Fortune 500 or large enterprise environments .
- SAP SuccessFactors professional certifications highly preferred.
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors certifications are a strong plus.
