Job Profile Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to spearhead the growth of our Employee Benefits (EB) and EB2life business through visionary leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and innovative sales initiatives.
This role is pivotal in shaping the success of One Agency, empowering our distribution partners to deliver impactful results and sustainable business performance Job Description: Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for EB and EB2life across One Agency to drive business growth and profitability Formulate and implement targeted campaigns, retention programs, and incentive structures to achieve new business and renewal targets.
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of New Business Managers and Client Relationship Managers.
Drive team KPIs, capability development, and performance management.
Provide guidance and support in handling queries and escalations from One Agency, BDMs, and CRMs. Collaborate closely with internal departments and external stakeholders to align on growth strategies and operational excellence.
Foster strong relationships with One Agency to ensure consistent engagement and delivery.
Play a consultative role in Agency Training, guiding One Agency in client presentations, employee communication and all EB related training Support capability building through structured learning and coaching.
Analyze market trends and business data to inform strategy and decision-making.

Competencies & Personal Traits Exceptional communicator with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Proven ability to influence and manage stakeholders across multiple levels Strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment Collaborative leader with a consultative mindset and a hands-on approach Working Experience Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the employee benefits or group insurance space At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role, managing teams and driving performance Professional Qualifications CMFAS certifications: HI is required for this role RNF status is mandatory as consultative advice are required for Joint field work with One Agency and their customers.
