Roles & Responsibilities Location: Jurong
Working Hours:
- 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Work 4 days, 1 day off (rotating schedule)
Salary: Up to $4,800/month (Transport fare claimable)
Key Duties:
- Ensure consistent product quality across all bakery items and outlets, in line with company standards
- Lead quality control procedures, train staff, and mentor the team to uphold standards in taste, texture, and presentation
- Refine and update recipes based on trends, feedback, and innovation goals
- Collaborate with management on process improvement and support operations during manpower shortages or emergencies
- Ensure adherence to food safety, cleanliness, and operational SOPs
Key Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in central kitchen or F&B production environment
- Well-versed in food safety, quality control, and production efficiency
