Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in business development, sales, or commercial management, ideally within facilities management or related industries.
Proven track record in securing new contracts and managing key accounts.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Established network in healthcare or institutional sectors preferred.
Willing to attend occasional evening or weekend networking events.
