About The Role
The Office for Skills-First Practices aims to enhance stakeholders' ability to articulate, activate, and recognize skills, driving human capital development in Singapore.
We seek a dynamic practitioner with strong execution skills, stakeholder engagement, and a passion for skills-first transformation.
As Head, Capability Development , you will lead consultancy and training engagements, support innovation projects, and represent the Office in high-quality projects for local and overseas clients.
You will adapt skills-first concepts across diverse contexts, ensuring excellent client experience and delivery standards.
You will also contribute to developing transformational projects and tools to embed skills-first practices.
This role involves programme delivery, stakeholder coordination, and hands-on execution, requiring a self-driven professional with consulting, facilitation, communication, and project management skills.
You will report to the Deputy Director and collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners in a fast-paced environment.
