The Global Logistics Operations & Process Excellence lead is responsible for leading and managing the implementation of warehouse excellence, advanced transportation, distribution network velocity globally.
This role involves driving warehouse operational harmonization and process standardization, optimal network access.
The role involved collaboration across functions globally to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Global Logistics Operations & Process Excellence Team, comprising Digital Scientists and Program/Project Managers primarily based in Singapore and Penang.
Malaysia
Drive global logistics process standardization and change management, supporting enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and ensuring consistent execution across regions.
Facilitate organization-wide transformation efforts, aligning logistics programs with broader supply chain strategies to maximize impact and operational efficiency.
Oversee the Warehouse Excellence team, providing strategic support and global leadership to regional and local logistics operations, and enhancing coordination and resource optimization for global process harmonization.
Champion the Global Logistics Digitalization Strategy, identifying and implementing innovative technologies to improve operational performance and data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
BA/BS in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Supply Chain, Logistics or related, and 15+ years’ experience in a Logistics or Supply Chain environment.
10+ years’ experience with WMS, Warehouse design, distribution network with demonstrated ability and track record to lead and implement distribution/logistics strategy/tactics
5+ years management experience in logistics operations
Demonstrated ability to work in matrix organizations with multiple stakeholders and with teams to organize and present business cases and coordinate resources across technical, operations, quality, site management and to improve productivity.
Ability to travel 25-50% within base region with occasional travel globally.
