Responsibilities and Key tasks of function
As Head of Aerospace Logistics, Asia , Your goal is to oversee all aspects of Aerospace Logistics Operations, Growth & Business & strategic Development in Asia
- Leadership of all Aerospace Logistics activities regionally in Asia.
- Implementation of vertical Strategy in Region.
- Drive Process Excellence and establish best practice operational platform across all operating units.
- Manage transparent and focused KPI scorecard for effective business follow-up and reporting.
- Business Development through exploring new business opportunities and growing existing business.
- Ensure efficient & customer service management on global & VIP-clients through dedicated aerospace Key Account Management
- Manage and develop specialized Vendor & partner management in the region
- Take part of the global & regional Product Development including 24/7/365 setups together with important stakeholders
- Ensure Sustainability agenda to be included in internal and external matters in all perspectives of the vertical.
- Head the Commercial & marketing activities, including event & exhibition organizing & budgeting.
People Leadership & Talent
- Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent for Aerospace Logistics across Asia.
- Ensure performance management processes are effectively applied, including setting clear goals, regular feedback, and appraisal reviews.
- Coach and develop leaders & teammembers in the region to build future-ready teams.
- Lead succession planning to secure a strong leadership pipeline for critical roles.
- Foster a culture of accountability, recognition, and high engagement .
Professional competencies, knowledge, and experience
- Min 10 years of industry experience and deep knowledge of industry dynamics.
- Strong and proven leadership skills and ability to create followship, have strong network connection.
- Strong business development, commercial and strategic skills
- A keen executer that can establish connection between strategy and execution.
