Responsibilities
- Lead company’s global expansion as Head of Overseas Business Development, managing Direct Sales, Partnership, and Presales teams
- Define and execute strategic growth plans targeting key international markets like KSA and Singapore
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities by analyzing local enterprise ecosystems
- Align sales, presales, and partnership efforts to maximize revenue and market penetration
- Mentor and coach sales teams through complex B2B enterprise software sales cycles, from lead generation to closing
- Provide expert training on client engagement, decision-maker identification, relationship building, and deal-closing tactics
- Support high-stakes negotiations as a senior sales coach to secure strategic global deals
- Guide Presales team in crafting and delivering tailored technical solutions for overseas clients
- Ensure seamless transition to post-sales teams to drive client success and long-term retention
- Develop and nurture strategic global partnerships to accelerate international business growth
- Coach Partnership team to build sustainable, win-win collaborations across markets
- Foster a high-performance, innovative culture within the overseas BD team, focusing on continuous learning and growth
- Mentor junior and mid-level BD, Pre-sales, and Partnership team members for skill development and career advancement
- Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across all BD functions to drive results
- Continuously adjust strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals and expand company’s international market share
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in international B2B enterprise software solution sales, with proven leadership experience across Sales, Presales, and Partnerships
- Strong knowledge and networks in overseas markets like KSA and Singapore
- Demonstrated success in closing complex deals and guiding teams to do the same
- Strategic mindset with the ability to “see the big picture” and turn ideas into action
- Experienced in both presales solutioning and post-sales client journey optimization
- Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Bachelor’s degree from an overseas university; advanced degree is a plus
- Passionate about innovation, growth, and developing talent
