Overview
The Head of APJ Marketing Campaigns and Programs is a leadership role responsible for overseeing marketing programs across APJ.
This role develops and executes comprehensive marketing strategies to drive awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
The position involves leading teams, managing budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives.
This is a hybrid role with in-office presence three days per week.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement the APJ program marketing strategy aligned with the company’s overall business goals and GTM strategy
Lead the development and execution of marketing plans for APJ programs
Identify and prioritize APJ marketing opportunities
Manage budgets and resources for global APJ marketing programs
Develop and implement metrics to track the success of marketing programs
Lead and mentor a team of campaign and program managers
Provide direction and guidance to team members on marketing strategy and execution
Motivate and inspire the team to achieve high performance
Work closely with Field, Sales, Digital, Social, Email, and Operations to ensure marketing activities are aligned with to ensure consistent messaging and integrated campaign execution, including field-led needs
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing programs and make adjustments as needed
Ensure that marketing programs are compliant with best practices, relevant regulations, and guidelines
Qualifications
Experience in B2B SaaS and technology marketing, with a focus on campaign, program, and field marketing
Proven ability to lead integrated marketing programs that span new business and customer growth to drive measurable results
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience building and motivating high-performing teams
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with senior management, sales team, field, and vendors
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
