Job Description
Lead global digital marketing strategy to drive acquisition, first-time deposits (FTDs), and trading volume.
Optimize performance marketing across paid search, programmatic, social, affiliates, and retargeting.
Manage always-on campaigns and time-sensitive launches.
Own the marketing tech stack (CRM, CDP, automation, tracking, attribution).
Ensure data hygiene, identity resolution, and personalized journeys.
Evaluate and implement tools to support scalability and performance.
Oversee web/app funnel optimization from landing pages to onboarding.
Collaborate with Product, UX, and Data teams to improve conversion rates.
Ensure seamless tracking and user experience across digital touchpoints.
Build a test-and-learn framework for new channels, messaging, and funnels.
Run A/B and multivariate tests to optimize cost-per-acquisition and activation.
Personalize growth strategies by market, user type, and lifecycle stage.
Align digital efforts with regional marketing, product, CRM, content, and compliance.
Support local teams with dashboards, guidance, and scalable execution plans.
Build real-time dashboards to monitor CAC, ROI, and LTV.
Lead attribution modeling and multi-touch analytics.
Forecast digital growth contributions to business KPI.
The Successful Applicant
8+ years in digital marketing, growth, or performance marketing—ideally in fintech, trading, or regulated platforms.
Proven leadership in managing performance teams and martech infrastructure.
Expertise in paid media, web analytics, SEO/SEM, affiliate marketing, and data-driven growth.
Proficiency in tools like GA4, Looker, Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, Braze, Segment, Amplitude.
Strong understanding of financial products (FX, CFDs, crypto) and compliance frameworks (FCA, ASIC, CySEC) is a plus.
Experience in high-volume lead generation funnels and scaling across geographies preferred.
