Head of Digitalization (Construction, Digital Platform)

This role is pivotal in driving business growth, entering emerging markets, enhancing client satisfaction through intelligent solutions, and building competitive advantages.
Key Responsibilities
1.
Market Development
Develop and execute digital business strategies in Singapore and Southeast Asia (Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines)
Identify and cultivate key client relationships (developers, contractors, agencies)
Conduct market research on digital transformation needs in AEC and FM sectors
2.
Cross-Department Collaboration & Ecosystem Building
Align strategies with HQ teams (R&D, product, marketing, sales)
Build partnerships with vendors, integrators, and research institutions
3.Solution Design & Delivery
Lead pre-sales, proposal development, and client presentations
Oversee project planning, resourcing, risk control, and quality delivery
Build and manage local delivery team; conduct training and workshops
4.Business Management & Customer Success
Implement strong customer service and renewal systems
Monitor project budgets and profitability
5.Project Delivery
Manage full-cycle digitalisation solutions across the region
Ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction
Control budgets and drive financial performance
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, IT, or Business
10+ years in digital transformation/tech leadership
Proven experience in Southeast Asia market development
Strong understanding of AEC/FM industries
Excellent communication and leadership skills
