Summary

As the Head of EPC Alliances - AP, you will develop and execute Engineering, Procurement and Construction strategy, partnership development and growth acceleration.

You will build, then implement, plans to influence RA's specification positions and develop a portfolio revenue stream.

You will take a leadership role in creating and executing the EPC business plan, along with developing C-level relationships with targeted EPC firms.

Further, you will define the Partner Ecosystem for the EPC including delivery partners and technology partners aligned with the business unit's biggest growth opportunities, while collaborating with account managers across territories and leveraging the Lighthouse Organization.

This position can be based in AP where you will work in a hybrid environment from our Rockwell Automation office and report to our Global EPC Director under the Lighthouse.

Your Responsibilities

• You will lead the overall partnership and performance encompassing: annual growth, planning and execution including targets, competency, and future investments .
  
  
• You will manage complexity, overcome objections , and remain flexible to change .
  
  
• You will collaborate with Industry team on overall strategy Inspire, influence, lead and communicate across a diverse team not under direct management Customer-centric business advocate .
  
  
• You will be a domain expert around the LCS business and build competency within your team and supporting teams.
  
  
• You will translate the customer's industrial business drivers into automation solutions and articulate unique value of solution portfolio.
  
  
• You will lead the business development and understand the technical acumen for the industries aligned with the EPCs
• You will help the countries EPC and LPP Team to respond to RFQ's
• You will analyze market conditions, develop an annual business plan and coordinate its implementation to understand market conditions, competitive forces, determine market share, and identify opportunities for growth.
  
  
• You will develop and implement strategies to attack competition and grow market reach.
  
  
• You will manage multiple partner relationships while achieving target outcomes.
  
  
• Commercially and technically articulate Rockwell Automation's value proposition in the process and solutions.
  
  
• You will administer and implement marketing programs and launches, while maintaining discipline funnel through CRM.
  
  

The Essentials - You Will Have

• Legal authorization to work in AP (based on current physical location) without sponsorship.

• Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field
• Able to travel up to 40%
• Valid Drivers License

The Preferred - You Might Also Have

• Typically requires 15+ years of sales experience with Engineering firms and Industrial Automation Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of Industry Standards.
  
  
• Experience with influence leadership and guiding team members.
  
  
• 10+ years' of experience in market development and program execution experience
• 10+ years' of experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, more specifically with Industry Sales Teams on developing execution strategies .
  
  
• Experience with sustained portfolio growth and performance.
  
  
• Experience translating customer's industrial goals into automation solutions and articulate unique value solutions.
  
  
• Experience forging relationships and garnering influence with C-level contacts.
  
  
• Experience tailoring value statements and proposals specific to your contact and target audience.

• Strategic Partnership Development
• Build and lead relationships with EPC firms, shifting from project-based engagements to long-term, mutual value creation.
  
  
• Develop senior-level connections and facilitate workshops to identify key plays and secure partner agreements.
  
  
• Specification Influence & Industry Alignment
• Manage processes to influence CAPEX specification positions.
  
  
• Collaborate with Industry & market access teams to align strategy and transition opportunities to Industry Account Managers and map key players across sectors.
  
  
• Opportunity & Awareness Management
• Drive funnel activities to raise awareness of Rockwell's technologies, products, and solutions.
  
  
• Execute upsell strategies and proactive follow-ups to maximize impact.
  
  
• Lead the end-to-end project pursuit process, including mapping the ecosystem, selecting pursuit teams and partners, and enabling kickoff and cadence.
  
  
• Monitor public funding announcements and integrate insights into pursuit strategy.
  
  
• Enablement & Governance
• Establish collaboration tools and rhythms to support execution.
  
  
• Deploy enablement programs for internal teams and partners.
  
  
• Maintain pursuit accountability and curate executive readouts to ensure visibility and alignment.
