The Head of Growth, Creative leads the growth for ADA’s CPG vertical in SEA and champions ADA’s value proposition to CPG brands undergoing digital transformation.
The role collaborates with Product, Marketing, and Delivery to shape regional go-to-market initiatives in alignment with ADA’s objectives.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Growth & Leadership: Define and execute the CPG vertical growth strategy across SEA, in line with ADA’s overall business objectives.
Lead regional go-to-market initiatives tailored to CPG clients, working closely with Product, Marketing, and Delivery teams.
Champion ADA’s value proposition as a strategic growth partner to CPG brands undergoing digital transformation.
- Business Development & Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and close high-potential CPG clients to drive top-line growth.
Develop robust pipelines and sales strategies to secure new business and strategic accounts.
Lead end-to-end consultative selling and negotiation processes with senior-level stakeholders.
- Client Success & Retention: Ensure clients achieve their business goals through ADA’s solutions, driving adoption, renewal, and expansion.
Build executive-level relationships and serve as a strategic advisor to client stakeholders.
Oversee the delivery of impactful client outcomes in collaboration with internal teams.
Monitor client health, satisfaction, and performance metrics to proactively address risks and opportunities.
- Team Collaboration & Internal Enablement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop client-centric solutions and ensure execution excellence.
Share market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedback to inform innovation and continuous improvement.
Mentor and support business development and client management team members across the region.
- Market & Industry Engagement: Represent ADA at industry events, conferences, and forums to position ADA as a leader in CPG digital transformation.
Stay ahead of market shifts, trends, and technological advancements impacting the CPG landscape.
- Innovative Leadership: Demonstrate an innovative leadership approach to drive the achievement of business goals set by the organization, stakeholders, and corporate clients.
Lead the team by example, fostering a culture of innovation, creativity, and proactive problem-solving.
Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously seek out new opportunities to enhance the organization’s competitive edge in the CPG market.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 12 years of experience in the CPG sector, with a strong focus in business development, sales, client success, or vertical leadership within the CPG, digital marketing, or tech-enabled solutions space.
- Proven experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to develop effective business strategies for corporate clients.
- Innovative mindset with a passion for driving growth and achieving business objectives.
- Proven ability to lead vertical strategy and deliver commercial results through both acquisition and retention.
- Deep understanding of eCommerce, digital marketing, creative, data & AI, and how they influence CPG brand growth.
- Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, execution-oriented approach.
- Regional experience working across multiple SEA markets.
- Prior experience working in or selling to large FMCG/CPG organizations.
- Strong network within the regional CPG and digital innovation community.
