Role Summary
The Head of Growth is a strategic and executional leader responsible for driving client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across all Biohackk business verticals.
This role owns the growth roadmap across marketing, sales, partnerships, product marketing, and funnel optimisation — and will lead a multidisciplinary team in delivering scalable and sustainable results.
You will bridge creative, analytical, and operational mindsets while collaborating with internal teams (Branding, Events, Media, Product, Client Experience) to align growth with Biohackk's brand vision of Light & Hope.
Key Responsibilities
1.
Growth Strategy & Execution
- Develop and own Biohackk's growth strategy across all client segments (HNI, families, digital, walk-in, referral).
- Set ambitious but realistic monthly targets for sign-ups, revenue per channel, and retention metrics.
- Plan and manage the full funnel from TOFU (awareness) to BOFU (conversion & repurchase).
- Champion growth loops, referral incentives, and community engagement tactics.

Team Leadership
- Build and lead a cross-functional growth squad: media buyers, CRM specialists, SDRs, lifecycle marketers, performance analysts.
- Collaborate with Brand, Client Success, Events, and Tech teams to execute growth projects.
- Recruit, train, and retain high-performance talent with clear KPIs and OKRs.
3.
Sales Enablement & Automation
- Optimise lead nurturing systems using CRM, marketing automation, and AI tools.
- Drive sales strategy across both inbound (consultants) and outbound (SDRs) flows.
- Build robust dashboards for real-time revenue and cohort tracking.
4.
Experimentation & Insights
- Lead structured experimentation (A/B testing, landing pages, offer bundles).
- Analyse campaign and channel performance to double down on scalable wins.
- Build forecasting models and CAC:LTV dashboards to inform budget allocation.
5.
Partnerships & GTM
- Explore and close B2B, influencer, and affiliate partnerships to unlock new customer channels.
- Oversee go-to-market strategies for new product launches (Se7en line, ReOxy, Memberships, etc).
