Responsibilities
Lead and manage the implementation of new customer integrated logistics projects across the region, ensuring on-time, within scope, and on-budget delivery.
Translate customer requirements into actionable project plans, including detailed milestones, deliverables, risk assessments, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with internal functions (operations, IT, finance, HR, procurement, etc.) and external partners to ensure seamless setup of transportation, distribution, and warehousing services.
Ensure proper governance, reporting, and escalation processes throughout project lifecycles.
Process Development
Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and SLAs in alignment with customer and internal requirements.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance service performance.
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure all implementations comply with regional regulations, trade laws, and company QHSSE standards.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that may impact project delivery, operational stability, or financial performance.
Customer & Stakeholder Management
Act as primary point of contact for customers during implementation, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and ensuring satisfaction.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders (country managers, operations heads, solution design teams) to drive collaboration.
Support smooth handover of projects to operations teams upon successful go-live.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 8–10 years of logistics/supply chain experience, with at least 5 years in project management or implementation roles in Logistics environments.
Proven track record of delivering multi-country logistics projects.
Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Strong understanding of integrated logistics (transportation, warehousing, distribution, customs, and value-added services).
Proficient in MS Office and project management tools.
This role requires frequent travel of up to 50% of the time.
