Job Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on IT leader to manage and optimize the technology that powers our payroll services for clients.
This role involves leading a small IT team (≤5) to ensure secure, efficient, and scalable system operations.
You will take ownership of IT initiatives, integrating systems with client platforms, and improving workflows to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of internal payroll systems used to deliver services to clients.
- Ensure payroll systems are secure, compliant, and scalable to meet growing client needs.
- Manage and mentor a small IT team to deliver high-quality system support and development.
- Integrate payroll systems with client platforms and internal tools.
- Identify process improvements and implement technology solutions to optimize payroll workflows.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure business continuity.
- Collaborate with operations, HR, and finance teams to ensure smooth service delivery to clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of IT experience, preferably with payroll or HR systems.
- Hands-on experience in system development, integration, and IT operations.
- Strong leadership and project management skills for a small team.
- Ability to take ownership of IT initiatives and drive projects independently.
