About the Role
As the Head of Project Management, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple client-facing technical projects.
You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This role involves full lifecycle project management—from scoping and budgeting to resource planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder reporting.
You will work closely with Presales, Client Solutions Delivery, and Customer Success teams to align project goals with business priorities.
You will also mentor and lead a team of Project Managers and Executives, driving continuous improvement and best practices across all projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define project objectives, scope, and schedules in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
- Allocate resources, manage budgets, and monitor dependencies and risks across multiple concurrent projects.
- Implement quality control, documentation, and change management frameworks.
- Build trust with clients through proactive communication, problem-solving, and timely reporting.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of project professionals to foster ownership, clarity, and high performance.
- Strengthen project delivery capabilities to support the company's strategic growth in AI, SASE, and Cloud Native cybersecurity platforms.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Infocomm Security, Computer Science, or Electrical & Electronic Engineering.
- Minimum 7 years of project management experience in IT, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and identify risks.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams of varying sizes, maintaining focus on both details and big-picture goals.
- Familiarity with project management software, methodologies, and best practices.
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget
- Candidates with prior experience in a system integrator or IT consultancy environment are highly preferred
