About The Role
We are searching for a marketing leader to drive our up-market growth across the Asia Pacific (APAC) region.
As the Head of Marketing, Asia Pacific, you will lead marketing's contribution to our regional business goals.
This is a pivotal leadership role.
You will sit on the APAC Senior Leadership Team (SLT), serving as the voice of marketing and a key architect of our regional strategy.
You will lead through a combination of direct team management and cross-functional influence to ensure Marketing exceeds its overall pipeline goals.
Your mission is clear: build a world-class marketing function that delivers predictable, scalable pipeline and drives revenue.
What You'll Do
Set the Regional Strategy: As a member of the APAC SLT, co-own the regional revenue targets and develop the overarching marketing strategy to drive market penetration and meet our growth goals.
Lead & Develop Your Team: Directly lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing regional team focused on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and local campaigns, fostering a culture of accountability and impact.
Represent Marketing Results: Take accountability for total regional marketing performance.
You'll do this by building exceptional partnerships with global functional teams—including Partner, Events, Brand, and Performance Marketing—to rally the cross-functional team behind APAC’s strategic priorities.
Immerse in the Data: Hunt for funnel insights to refine marketing strategies for distinct customer segments and countries.
Conduct frequent analysis on program performance to scale efforts, ensure an efficient marketing mix, and achieve KPIs.
AI Reflexivity: You lead the team from the front when it comes to pushing the boundaries of AI usage to drive efficiency and impact.
Communicate & Influence: Communicate insights, learnings, results, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels on a regular cadence, ensuring alignment and celebrating progress.
Be the Voice of the Region: Translate our global brand campaigns into locally resonant expressions that connect with customers across APAC, providing critical market feedback back into global teams.
What You'll Bring
A significant track record of B2B marketing leadership within the APAC technology or SaaS sector, with a clear history of exceeding pipeline and revenue targets.
Deep expertise in building demand generation engines, particularly with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs, working in close partnership with Sales and Partnerships groups.
A tendency to lead from a position of being in the work, with the team, as a deep craft expert.
A talent for building, coaching, and inspiring high-performing teams.
You are a leader who develops leaders.
An ability to thrive in chaos, resolve ambiguity, and be solutions-oriented.
You have a proven ability to juggle multiple high-impact projects and rally teams behind solutions.
Mastery of leading in a matrixed environment.
