Head of Marketing
to lead its in-house team and drive impactful initiatives.
This is a perm role based in Singapore.
Responsibilities
Lead and inspire an in-house marketing team to deliver innovative, customer-centric campaigns across CRM, digital, social media, and partnerships.
Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive customer loyalty, repeat visits, and long-term brand value.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments including operations, R&D, and project teams to align marketing with business goals.
Manage external agencies and production partners to bring creative ideas to life – from menu design to video content.
Champion data-driven decision-making and CRM adoption to better understand and engage customers.
Balance creativity with commercial acumen – ensuring marketing investments are impactful and sustainable.
The Successful Applicant
Qualification Requirements
A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
At least 15 years of proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, ideally within the F&B or retail industry.
A hands-on, down-to-earth leadership style with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
A creative mindset with a strong track record of delivering impactful marketing ideas beyond large-scale campaigns.
Experience leading teams and influencing C-suite stakeholders.
Familiarity with loyalty programs, digital marketing, and strategic brand partnerships.
