Job Responsibilities:
Translate the organization’s vision into nursing strategies and policies.
Partner with the CEO and senior leadership on service innovation, program development, and long-term care strategies.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement, quality, and innovation across all care settings.
Oversee nursing practices to ensure compliance with MOH, SNB, and international standards.
Standardize frameworks for clinical practice, education, and patient safety across facilities.
Lead evidence-based practices, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
Manage manpower, financial, and training resources for nursing services.
Ensure appropriate skills mix, manpower deployment, and succession planning.
Monitor departmental KPIs and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Lead, mentor, and inspire senior nursing leaders and multidisciplinary teams.
Build succession pipelines for future nursing leaders.
Foster interdepartmental collaboration to enhance the care experience.
Act as the key link between physicians, nurses, and management.
Engage patients, families, and partners to ensure client satisfaction.
Represent nursing leadership in regulatory, accreditation, and industry platforms.
Qualifications & Competencies
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Master’s preferred).
Registered Nurse with a valid license under the
Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) .
At least
15 years of senior nursing experience , with proven leadership in hospitals and/or nursing home settings.
Strong track record in
strategic planning, operational management, and clinical governance .
Visionary, decisive, and people-focused leader with excellent communication skills.
Experience in project management, large-scale program rollouts, or healthcare transformation initiatives will be an advantage.
