In this regular Monday-Friday role, you will be instrumental in leading Center Leaders across the education chain, efficient operation of all centers.
You will be responsible for excellent stakeholder management and will take on strategic projects as needed to support the organization's growth initiatives.
Collaborating closely with the senior leadership team, centralized sales & marketing teams, and the broader Operations department, you will drive efforts to streamline processes, maintain high standards of service delivery, and consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences across all touchpoints.
Your leadership will be crucial in translating strategic goals into operational success, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the brand.
To excel in this role, you should possess over 10 years of extensive experience, demonstrating a strong track record as a reliable operations and project management leader.
You are described to have a natural flair for effectively managing stakeholders within diverse operations.
You are ideally described as a proactive problem-solver, an excellent communicator capable of engaging effectively at all levels, and someone highly passionate about making a positive impact.
