Part A - Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
Head of Programs
is accountable for the financial and operational performance of assigned projects, including adherence to budget, gross margin, and turnaround time.
This role also ensures quality assurance and compliance with
HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality)
requirements across all hangar activities.
The
Head of Programs
reports hierarchically and operationally to the
Managing Director
and holds
hierarchical leadership over the AMRO Project Managers .
Responsibilities
Ensure successful delivery of AMRO projects.
Lead project kick-offs prior to execution.
Manage project scope effectively.
Ensure aircraft delivery meets schedule, quality standards, and budget requirements.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Conduct performance appraisals and developmental discussions with Project Managers, including identifying training needs.
Performance Areas
Deliver projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with contractual obligations, including proper administrative closure.
Maintain continuous oversight of order status, progress, and bottlenecks.
Maintain a safe and orderly workplace and hangar environment.
Retain, motivate, and develop Project Managers.
Achieve customer satisfaction and timely invoicing.
Part B.
Required Experience, Competencies & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
IPMA-C certification or equivalent project management qualification related.
Completed technical education in aircraft maintenance.
Experience in aircraft maintenance production planning and monitoring.
Solid knowledge of FAA/EASA Part-145 regulations.
Familiarity with company processes, procedures, manuals, technical handbooks, and information systems.
Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with frequent interaction required with customers and regulatory authorities.
