Strategize and lead the translation of the Aesop Retail Experience into the TR APAC Channel
Responsibilities
Develop in collaboration with TRM and DMI the TR Asia relevant Aesop Retail Experience – integrating traveller centric approaches and gestures
Lead the translation of TR Asia Aesop Retail Experience to all POS via a full retail engagement (education & retail)
Retail Education: Lead & Coordinate the Retail Education strategy of Aesop across TR APAC
Engage, lead and train the Aesop Dedicated Education Manager
Cascade the Retail Education strategy to engage Field Trainers across TR APAC
Ensure high quality training of the Aesop Retail Experience to Retail Consultant
Commercial & Retail: Delivery of Aesop Retail Experience in each counter
Collaborate with, influence & engage Commercial and Retail teams across TR APAC to ensure the delivery of the Aesop Retail Experience in each POS via Retail Consultant & Retailer Store teams
Collaborate closely with marketing and retail design / visual merchandising teams to develop engaging Aesop POS that facilitate that delivery of the Aesop retail Experience
