We are looking for a Head of Sales – Southeast Asia to join the team and play a key role in our success in 2025 and beyond.
The role is a sales leadership position and will execute against sales goals, leading the South East Asia sales team and bringing our solutions to the assigned markets.
In this role, you will be responsible for devising and implementing the South East Asia sales strategy and meeting revenue targets.
You will coach and develop a team of Account Executives hunting new logos and Account Managers growing business with existing customers.

This role is a balanced working model between home and in our modern and centrally located Singapore office with an excellent and a wide variety of services and transport links situated nearby.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading, training, coaching, motivating and performance‑managing a sales team
- Hiring and bringing in best‑in‑class commercial talent and on‑boarding them into their role
- Working closely with marketing colleagues on pipeline generation campaigns and events.
Driving lead conversion metrics - Working closely with customer success colleagues in ensuring effective strategies are implemented with customers, from trials and onboarding to Account success plans
- Supporting the Head of Sales APAC in implementing the sales strategy
- Utilising data to drive performance and manage performance
- Developing individual members of the team through coaching and mentoring and accompanying them on sales meetings.
- Be a commercial leader for the business
- Presenting and negotiating up to C‑level in the customer organisations
- Where needed, running and owning specific sales opportunities or accounts, sourcing new clients and building new relationships, achieving and exceeding sales goals, and implementing creative sales strategies
- Collaborating on internal projects and initiatives, focusing on increasing the efficiency and productivity of the sales team
What we are looking for:
Essential
- At least 10 years’ experience in B2B Data/SaaS sales
- At least 5 years’ experience in sales management and leading a successful sales team
- Positive Impact and Influence – able to manage internal and external relationships and adapt the approach as needed.
Excellent written and verbal skills - Analysis and Decision Making – can identify patterns in data, identify potential areas of focus and ability to make autonomous decisions on priorities on a day‑to‑day basis
- Teamwork and Collaboration – can work across different levels of seniority, different cultures and languages and as part of a team
- Business Delivery – focused on meeting deadlines, objectives and “getting the job done”
Desirable
- Experience using Salesforce
- Proven experience selling business intelligence, insights, market data or editorial products and/or services
- Proficiency in an Asian language
- A degree in any discipline
