We are looking for a senior leader with the potential to head our Special Needs Services portfolio.
This role shapes vocational pathways and integrated care models for adults and youth with special needs, while building strong sector and community partnerships.
What You'll Do
- Provide strategic direction for services including
Sheltered Workshop, iSPACE, and Student Care programmes
.
- Lead sector engagement with MSF, NCSS, SG Enable, and special education partners.
- Oversee programme design, operational governance, and compliance.
- Develop sustainable business models and secure partnerships with corporates, funders, and community networks.
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of managers, social workers, and trainers.
- Support PCS-wide initiatives such as the
HIS Hub
and collaborations with schools (e.g., Grace Orchard School).
What We Are Looking For
- 10–12 years of leadership experience in disability services, social services, or education.
- Knowledge of special needs services, vocational training, and integrated care models.
- Strong financial and operational management skills.
- Innovative, resilient, and passionate about empowering persons with special needs.
