Job Responsibilities
• Ensure adherence to safety, cleanliness, and inventory control procedures
• Meet KPIs: Develop and track warehouse metrics, like order accuracy, turnaround time and overtime management.
Streamlining Inventory Management & Control
• Maintain accuracy: Conduct regular audits (cycle counts, year end stocktakes)
• Established inventory storage strategy based on FMSABC.
• Ensure FIFO compliance and Shelf life management
• Manage returns from plants.
Enhancing Transportation Efficiency
• Reduce transportation costs through route optimization and carrier performance management.
• Increase on-time delivery performance to 95% or higher.
Enhancing Supplier Collaboration
• Implement supplier performance management system to track and evaluate supplier performance.
• Reduce supplier lead time by 15% through improved communication and collaboration.
• Achieve a 90% supplier satisfaction rate based on regular feedback surveys.
Enhancing Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Implement cross-functional communication and collaboration tools or platforms.
• Conduct regular cross-functional meetings to align objectives and share information within the next quarter.
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
• At least 5 years in team leadership roles, and at least 1 to 2 years in handling oversea distribution centre / factory warehousing experience
• Experience leading through radical change
• Strong communication and Stakeholder management skills
• Forklift license or relevant certification will be a plus
