The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven
Head of Wholesale
to lead our wholesale and B2B growth in Singapore.
This role will be pivotal in building strong partnerships with retailers, gyms, corporates, and F&B groups, driving brand penetration, revenue growth, and long-term relationships.
You will own the wholesale strategy end-to-end: from identifying opportunities and closing new accounts to optimizing operations and scaling partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a wholesale growth strategy for Singapore, with clear revenue and margin targets.
Identify and onboard new wholesale clients, including:
Supermarkets, specialty grocers, and convenience chains
Gyms, wellness clubs, and hospitality groups
Corporates, canteens, and wellness programs
Manage and grow existing key accounts, ensuring strong partnerships and recurring business.
Work closely with the marketing team on trade marketing, product launches, and in-store activation plans.
Collaborate with operations and manufacturing to ensure inventory alignment and delivery efficiency.
Analyze category trends, competitor activity, and pricing to shape the wholesale strategy.
Deliver accurate monthly forecasts, reports, and performance dashboards.
Who You Are
8+ years of experience in sales, business development, or key account management within FMCG, food distribution, or wellness brands.
Strong network and relationships with retail buyers, distributors, and hospitality partners in Singapore.
Proven track record of growing revenue and building partnerships in a fast‐paced environment.
Strategic thinker with strong execution, negotiation, and relationship‐building skills.
