Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for Health Screening patients, delivering a welcoming and professional experience.
- Assist in patient registration, appointment scheduling, and administrative documentation to ensure a smooth screening journey.
- Coordinate with medical and support teams to maintain efficient patient flow and minimize waiting times.
- Respond to general enquiries and provide accurate information on screening packages, procedures, and follow-up requirements.
- Support data entry, report compilation, and patient feedback tracking for service improvement.
- Uphold service excellence standards while representing Minmed's brand and values.
- Observe and learn about clinic operations, infection control protocols, and patient confidentiality practices.
Requirements:
- Interest in healthcare operations, patient service, and wellness.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous with good organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
