Clinic Manager Position We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee the daily operations of our clinic.
This individual will be responsible for addressing patient care and vendor liaison issues, as well as managing administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities include:
Reception Duties:
- Answer telephone calls and schedule patient appointments
- Address queries about the clinic
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate patient data records
- Provide guidance on clinical procedures
- Assist with patient health insurance claims process
- Manage internal and external communications
- Arrange hospital services as required
- Mediate between patients and healthcare providers
- Manage inventory count and order supplies when necessary
Clinical Duties:
- Dispense medications
- Provide financial counselling
- Chaperone doctors during consultations
- Ensure premises safety and cleanliness
- Sterilize medical equipment
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 'O' Levels or equivalent
- Relevant experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of supply procurement and billing
- Computer literate/savvy
