Design High-Performance RF/Analog ICs
We are seeking a highly skilled RF/Analog IC Designer to join our team.
As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating and developing high-performance integrated circuits using CMOS transceiver technology.
- Develop innovative RF and analog IC designs from concept to production, prioritizing efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of circuit designs.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of IC designs to guarantee optimal performance.
- Work closely with system engineers and team members to optimize circuit performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Document design processes and results in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements:
- Possess a Master's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Demonstrate proven experience in RF/analog IC design, with a strong emphasis on CMOS transceiver design.
- Proficiently use EDA tools such as Virtuoso, Spectre, EMX, HFSS, or similar software.
- Display a deep understanding of RF principles and analog circuit design.
- Able to design sub-blocks like LNA, Mixer, PA, VCO, Fractional-N PLL, ADPLL, and filters at the transistor level.
- Show excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Exhibit good communication and teamwork abilities.
