• Minimally a bachelor's degree from a reputable university (A degree in Law and/or PQE gained in practice or in-house would be an advantage)
• A second degree in IT or familiarity with Digital / IT industries, IT architectures is a plus.
• An agile, astute and analytical legal, business and IT oriented mind
• A constructive and proactive attitude and approach towards innovation and tech developments, always keen to learn and adapt
• Excellent applied compliance and regulatory, contracting and negotiation competencies with high capacities, to provide agile, accurate and effective advice, in a fast-paced and challenging environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, embracing constructive and collegial teamwork, within department and with other departments and stakeholders
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Excellent Microsoft Office skill
