Job description

Our aim is to deliver exceptional customer service and seamless daily operations in line with brand standards.

We are looking for a professional to contribute to the efficient management of our rooms division, including concierge and belldesk teams.

  • Possess GCE O levels as a minimum requirement.

  • Candidates with diplomas or degrees in hospitality or tourism management are preferred.

  • A minimum of 6 months experience in hotel operations is required.

  • Excellent customer relations, communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
