Job Title: Hospitality Team Member

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our hospitality team as a Service Crew Member .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and escort them to tables, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all.

  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, streamlining the ordering process for enhanced customer satisfaction.

  • Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously, demonstrating excellent communication skills to meet customer needs.

  • Check on customers during meals and address any concerns in a professional and empathetic manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately, adhering to company policies and procedures to minimize errors.

  • Thank customers and invite them to return, fostering strong relationships with repeat customers and encouraging loyalty to our brand.

Table Service:

  • Set up and maintain cleanliness of dining areas, creating an inviting environment for customers to enjoy their meals.

  • Clear and reset tables efficiently between customers, ensuring minimal downtime and maximizing table turnover.
