Key Responsibilities
Welcome and Seat Guests: Greet diners upon arrival, take reservations, and escort them to their assigned tables.
Manage Seating and Waitlist: Monitor the waiting list, assign tables efficiently, and manage the flow of guests to ensure a smooth dining experience.
Handle Inquiries: Answer phone calls and address customer questions about the restaurant's menu, specials, or general services.
Maintain Front of House: Keep the waiting area and dining room clean and tidy, ensuring an organized and welcoming atmosphere.
Assist Staff: Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to coordinate seating, manage wait times, and ensure a positive guest experience.
