What you'll be doing
- Supervise and coordinate the work of hotel attendants to maintain high standards of cleanliness, order and guest satisfaction on the hotel floors
- Inspect hotel rooms, public areas and back-of-house spaces to identify and resolve any issues
- Liaise with the front desk, housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests and resolve any problems efficiently
- Implement and monitor operational procedures to optimise workflow and productivity
- Lead, coach and develop the hotel attendant team, providing training and performance feedback
- Contribute to the planning and execution of special events, functions and projects
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and security regulations
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a hotel floor management or supervisory role
- Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise effectively with guests and cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and delivering high-quality customer service
- Working knowledge of hotel management software and inventory systems
- Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations
