Housekeeper



Job Description:

The primary goal of a Housekeeper is to maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and common areas.

This involves performing various tasks such as cleaning rooms, restocking linens and supplies, turning in lost and found items, and reporting any discrepancies or issues to the housekeeping office.

A key aspect of this role is to ensure that all rooms are clean and tidy before guests arrive.

This includes making beds, changing linens, and replenishing amenities such as soap and toilet paper.

In addition to these responsibilities, Housekeepers may also be required to perform other duties as assigned by their senior housekeeper or management team.

These tasks may include maintaining the cleanliness of public areas, assisting with laundry, and responding to guest requests.

To be successful in this role, candidates should have strong interpersonal skills, quality assurance skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A high level of attention to detail and organizational skills is also essential.

This position requires a short haircut with no beard and a clean-cut appearance at all times during employment.

The ideal candidate will be able to provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to guest needs.
