Job Summary:
To maintain guest rooms, corridors, and service areas in clean and orderly condition, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant environment for all guests.

Areas of Focus:
Perform daily cleaning duties efficiently and safely.
Maintain the condition of guest rooms and equipment, practice cost-conscious use of supplies, and respond promptly to guest needs.
Responsibilities / Duties:
- Clean and service guest rooms, corridors, and work areas according to hotel standards.
- Maintain furniture, fixtures, equipment, and tools in good condition.
- Practice proper use of chemicals and cleaning equipment in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Observe preventive maintenance and report any defects promptly.
- Manage supplies and amenities responsibly to minimise waste.
- Complete cleaning of a minimum of 18 guest rooms (occupied/check-out) per shift upon completion of training.
- Assist in answering housekeeping calls and attending to guest requests.
- Uphold the hotel's standards of hygiene, safety, and guest service at all times.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- GCE N Level or equivalent.
- Able to speak and understand basic English.
- Eye for detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Service-oriented with a positive and cooperative attitude.
- Able to perform 2 rotating shifts across a 5-day work week.
