Job description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HQ New Launch Admin & Marketing Executive to join our HQ team.

This role supports the smooth execution of property new launches and project operations, working closely with the HQ project team and leadership.

The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and able to manage both administrative and marketing-related tasks to ensure efficient project delivery and strong brand presence.

What will I be doing?


1.

Project Administration (HQ New Launch)

  • Coordinate and support the execution of new launch projects at HQ level.

  • Prepare, update, and maintain project documentation, timelines, and trackers.

  • Liaise with internal teams (Project Director, Project Lead ICs, Specialists) to ensure
    smooth project flow.

  • Manage scheduling, meeting notes, and follow-ups for project briefings.

  • Handle compliance, submission, and reporting requirements (non-CEA licensedependent).

2.

Marketing Support

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for new launches.

  • Coordinate with designers and vendors to produce marketing collaterals (digital &
    print).

  • Manage social media postings, EDMs, and digital ads for new launches.

  • Track marketing performance metrics and prepare reports for HQ team.

  • Provide on-site event/roadshow support when required.

3.

Developer Shoot & Marketing Coordination

  • Coordinate with developers, media crews, and internal stakeholders for property
    shoots (photo/video).

  • Oversee scheduling, logistics, and briefing for shoot sessions.

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for new launches.

  • Coordinate with designers and vendors to produce marketing collaterals (digital &
    print).

  • Manage social media postings, EDMs, and digital ads for new launches.

  • Track marketing performance metrics and prepare reports for HQ team.

  • Provide on-site event/roadshow support when required.

4.

Presentation & Content Creation

  • Act as a presenter for new launches in showflat tours or video marketing content.

  • Assist in scripting, rehearsals, and delivery of project presentations.

  • Support livestreams, webinars, and digital content to showcase launches.

  • Represent HQ team professionally in front-facing content.

5.

Administrative & Team Support

  • Support HQ team with day-to-day operational tasks.

  • Handle document filing, data entry, and CRM updates.

  • Prepare presentations, reports, and proposals as required.

  • Provide general admin assistance to ensure smooth HQ operations.

What is required of me?

  • Experience in admin, project coordination, or marketing support.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Familiar with Canva / social media marketing tools (preferred).

  • Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
