We’re seeking a proactive
HR Admin
to support HR operations through system improvements and data analysis.
This 12-month contract offers potential for extension or permanence.
Responsibilities:
Maintain HR systems and ensure data accuracy
Develop RNF reports, dashboards, and analyses in Excel
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes
Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
Provide ad hoc HR support
Requirements:
Degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field
At least 1 year of relevant experience
Must be proficient in MS Excel
Experience with HR systems and analytics is a plus
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
