HR Admin Assistant
to support across recruitment activities, personnel file management, and administrative functions in a dynamic office environment.

Nearest MRT : Clarke Quay
Working Hours : 8.30am to 6.00pm (Mon – Thurs), 8.30am to 5.30pm (Fri)
Salary : $2580/Month
Start Date : Mid November 2025
Duration : 6-months contract
What You’ll Be Doing
Support recruitment activities across offices (candidate shortlisting with hiring departments, coordinating logistics, conducting interviews, requesting candidate documents, facilitating preliminary assessments, collaborating with hiring divisions on selection decisions).
Assist in liaising with and managing manpower agencies for the hiring and contract renewal/expiry of temporary staff, verifying billing, and monitoring budgets.
Ensure timely updates to information in HR databases and systems.
Contribute to the digitization of physical personnel files as part of the “electronic P-file” management project.
Help with sorting, scanning, and organizing documents from LSC and creating LSO personnel files.
Assist with administrative and operational support for various other HR functions.
Who We’re Looking For
Minimum Diploma holder.
