HR & Admin Assistant
Administration:
- Overall Office Maintenance and Admin Matters
- Handle phone calls, arrange for courier services and mailing
- Assist in hotel booking and travel arrangements
- Manage office stationery purchases
- Manage pantry purchases
- Provide administrative support to the management
- Other ad-hoc tasks assign by the Manager such as support in Retail Operations, IT Support
HR:
- Posting of job advertisements
- Screening of resumes, calling of candidates and arranging of interviews
- Administer and update employee's records
- Coordinate and organise employee engagements
- Work pass applications and renewals
- Handle employee's queries
- Manage and process payroll for BA
- Arrange of welfare gifts
- Other BA HR management & administrative duties
Job Requirements:
- Able to commit for 6 months
- 3 days work week, 9am - 6pm
- Min.
Diploma or equivalent with at least 1-2 years of working experience as Administration / HR is preferred - Good telephone etiquette
- Knowledge and competence in MS office
- Organised and pro-active
- Good command of English, communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Accurate and meticulous with an eye for detail
