HR Admin Assistant
Location: Braddell MRT
Working Hours: Mon-Thu(8am-530pm), Fri(8am-5pm)
Salary: $14.2/hr
Contract Duration: 6 Months
Job Scope:
8:00am to 12:30pm(Monday – Friday)
- Provide frontline verification service to foreign workers at department's counter.
- Handle daily backend duties like extracting workers' data from FormSG, exporting workers' data to e-certificate template, sending of e-certificate to workers via email.
- Perform administrative tasks as assigned.
1:30pm to 5:30pm ((Monday – Thursday)/ 5:00pm (Friday)
- Assist in replying to the customers' queries via Customer Feedback Management System (CFMS)
