About the Role
We're looking for an HR & Admin Associate who loves working with people and keeping things organised.
In this role, you'll support our HR functions and make sure the team runs smoothly — from recruitment to onboarding, and from payroll to team events.
If you enjoy a mix of people work and admin work, this is the perfect stepping stone to grow in HR and operations within the finance industry.
What You'll Do
Support recruitment: job postings, shortlisting, arranging interviews
Assist with onboarding new team members and preparing HR documents
Handle payroll support and basic HR administration
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance
Help plan team bonding activities, workshops, and events
Provide general office and admin support when needed
Who We're Looking For
Fresh grads or early-career professionals welcome
Organised, detail-oriented, and reliable
People-friendly and a good communicator
Comfortable with MS Office / Google Suite
