Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment and selection, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new employees
- Conduct confirmation of appointment and exit formalities
- Maintain employee records, payroll processing, and leave management
- Prepare periodic HR reports such as manpower and levy reports
- Coordinate annual performance appraisal exercises
- Administer work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and manage foreign worker quota
- Support implementation of HR policies, employee disciplinary actions, HR events, and staff welfare activities
- Provide administrative support including coordinating meetings, managing office supplies, and maintaining records
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of HR and administrative experience, preferably in manufacturing or retail environments
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR regulations, and best practices
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems
