We are looking for a versatile and motivated HR Executive to join our team.
This role combines human resources responsibilities with administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of our organization.
The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, HR knowledge, and the ability to efficiently handle a variety of tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
1.
Recruitment and Staffing
- Manage the complete recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the right talent for the organization.
2.
Employee Relations
- Communicate and explain the organization's HR policies to employees.
- Address employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts, providing timely and confidential resolutions.
- Promote a positive work environment by assisting with employee engagement initiatives.
3.
Performance Management
- Assist in performance appraisal processes and support goal-setting discussions.
- Collaborate with managers to identify training and development needs to enhance employee performance.
4.
HR Compliance
- Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure the company's compliance.
- Maintain accurate HR records and assist with audits when necessary.
- Administer employee benefits, health insurance, leave management, and other company perks.
- Handle employee offboarding, including final settlements and paperwork.
5.
HR Reporting
- Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics, providing insights and recommendations to management.
- Ensure timely preparation of payroll reports for salary disbursement.
- Provide insights and recommendations for salary, bonus, and increments based on performance and market trends.
- Manage government-related matters such as CPF, IR8A, IR21, salary claims for ICT, maternity leave, etc.
6.
Administrative Support
- Assist with daily office administration tasks to ensure the smooth running of operations.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring availability of necessary materials.
- Assist in handling correspondence, documentation, and filing as required.
- Maintain and update employee records and files, ensuring they are accurate and up to date.
Job Requirements:
- A Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in HR and administrative support.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, Employment Act, and MOM Regulations in Singapore.
- Due to quota restrictions, only Singaporeans and Permanent Residents will be considered for this position.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with HR management software or InfoTech systems is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and work independently.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
