Our Client, in the Fashion Industry in Singapore has opening for HR Admin #Retail
- 1 Year Contract Renewable
- Macpherson MRT Station
- 5 Days work week
Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Assist in preparation of employment contracts, company letters.
- Assist in managing employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Contribute and assist in organizing company events.
- Covering receptionist duties when necessary (handle incoming coming calls, arranging couriers etc.)
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Requirement
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proactive and eagerness to learn.
- Prior administrative experience in HR will be advantageous
- Able to commence immediately or on short notice.
